10-11-2011 i went to m.col. and had admited there for operation.next 11-11-2011 operated my eye by dr.vineeta sing.i stayed at night in m.c.next day i back home. i had done rdgular contact by phone to g.p. on dated 15-11-2011 advo.mishra had told that case had filed .deceson will be on date 17-11-2011 when i contact on date 17-11-2011 he said ''order is positive .come and get stay order copy.'' i had reached on 18-11-2011.advo.mishra said that copy of stay order is not signed by registrar.

08-11-2011-from gwaliyar baroni train i went to lucknow.reach at 1'o clock p.m. went to medical college.i was late. i contact dr.rr and s.r. after it i went to sanjay kumar for legal cosulting. i went there,talk about quashing.but result was zero.i stayed at s.r.next day i went to g.p.mishra's residence and talk about qushing in h.c.he had been agree .i paid him rs 5500 for file case and stay order.i went to med. col. in night returned at g.p.mishra home.sty there discus about own case.
